P.-4 26-0922 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Agreement for Architectural Services by and between the District and Quattrocchi Kwok Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide design services involving the preparation and coordination of construction documents, including reports and calculations for submission to the City of Oakland, to improve traffic safety and create adequate space for the efficient loading and unloading of students at the Garfield Elementary School Site Renovation Project, as outlined in the Proposal dated March 27, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional total amount of $32,500.00, increasing Agreement's total not-to-exceed amount from $8,696,125.69 to $8,728,625.69, and extending the term of the Agreement from November 30, 2023, through December 31, 2028, to June 30, 2029, an additional 181 days. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
