O.-46 26-1096 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding/Interagency Agreement Components School-linked Partnership and Capacity Grant 2024 by and between the District and the Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE), Hayward, CA, for the District to complete two additional progress report submissions with no additional funds associated and for ACOE to review and approve these two additional progress report submissions, aka Milestones #8 and #9, in accordance with section "Scope of Services, 1.A and 1.B" of the original Memorandum of Understanding, and the extension of the term of the Agreement from June 25, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. All other terms and conditions of the Mmorandum remain in full force and effect.
