O.-4 26-1035 Ratification by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Langan CA, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide environmental site assessment services, as further described in the Proposal, which is attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement, and if sufficient contract funds for Additional Services remain [in Agreement] to pay for the directed Additional Services (see Section 5, in Agreement) for the Prescott Elementary School Site Improvement Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $87,500.00, with the work scheduled to commence on April 27, 2026, and expected to last until September 30, 2026, except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of the Agreement.
