P.-4 26-0867 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional geotechnical consulting services due to unforeseen site conditions, including project delays and increased costs associated with the fencing scope of work for the Oakland High School Athletic Turf Field Replacement Project, as detailed in the Proposal dated February 18, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $4,847.85, increasing Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $32,860.00 to $37,707.85, via the Division of Facilities Planning and Management. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
