O.-119 26-1170 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford ("Stanford") Junior University, Stanford, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to support Hattie Tate and Rhana Hashemi in training OUSD staff and Stanford researchers to implement research-validated interventions for "Lifting the Bar," Substance Use Involved youth, impact justice-involved youth, others, and provide intervention tools to do so; Stanford Research staff will additionally deliver these interventions and further collect and analyze the outcome data; provide PowerPoint training modules, scripts for contacting stakeholders, email templates, informational flyers, and access to the online interface via a secure URL; training and support will be provided on an ongoing basis throughout the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 school years, for the term commencing April 24, 2026 through June 30, 2028 and under the DSA defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Stanford and the protection by Stanford of such data pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA for the term as specified therein, each Agreement, at no cost to the District.
