O.-93 26-0977 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and East Bay Art Therapy, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide fifteen 1.5 hour long professional development sessions aligned with district core curriculum and Policy, focusing on hands-on, usable strategies that staff can apply right away in their classrooms or interactions with students, educator wellness, and trauma informed instructional practices at Dewey Academy, for the unchanged period of September 1, 2025 through May 28, 2026, in the additional amount of $14,062.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $16,000.00 to $30,062.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
