O.-80 26-0942 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and One on One Learning, Miami, FL, for the latter to provide services in the following four areas: Title I, Part A (Title IA): Services evidence-based and integrated best practices, blended learning, and differentiated instructional strategies in reading, English Language Arts, and mathematics, focused on improving student academic achievement through targeted instructional support designed to meet diverse learner needs; Title II, Part A (Title IIA) and Title IV, Part A (Title IVA): Professional development services for teachers, instructional staff, and administrators grounded in evidence-based strategies and best practices. Areas of focus will include differentiated instruction, blended learning, hybrid and remote learning, competency-based learning, STEAM integration, instructional technology and classroom management, as well as other identified needs, with services delivered through face-to-face training, virtual workshops, and/or conferences; Title III: Supplemental instructional services supporting English Learners through focused instruction in the primary language domains of speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with additional emphasis on vocabulary development and grammar to support academic language proficiency; and . Title IV, Part A - Student Support and Academic Enrichment (SSAE): Services focusing on STEAM education, educational technology, and the promotion of safe and healthy learning environments to support well-rounded educational experiences and student success at St. Leo School, via Strategic Resource Planning Department, for the period of March 16, 2026, through June 10, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $44,216.58.
