O.-78 26-0939 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Moira De Nike, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to complete two projects: Provide an analysis of the George Floyd Resolution's implementation in OUSD Schools since it's passage in 2020, including analyzing CHKS data (5 hours), suspensions and expulsions (10 hours), training and administrative records (10 hours), create and analyze surveys with additional input from students and staff (10 hours), complete 6, 3 hour listening sessions (18 hours), draft a narrative with data visualizations (40 hours) and consistently meet and collaborate with OUSD staff (20 hours) throughout the duration of the project (113 total service hours); and Develop and write the Learning Communities for School Success Program - Cohort 10 grant application, which will include writing the narrative (30 hours), meeting with OUSD program staff (5 hours), and gathering letters, creating a budget, and gathering forms (10 hours (45 total service hours), via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of March 16, 2026 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $23,700.00.
