O.-50 26-0883 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Lend A Hand Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work an additional 200 hours to procure and distribute 1,000 pairs of new shoes to OUSD McKinney-Vento students (Grades K-12) to remove barriers to school attendance and participation; manage all logistics, including securing a variety of sizes and coordinating delivery to designated district sites, for the period of August 29, 2025 through May 29, 2026, in the additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $30,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
