O.-26 26-0962 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Food Service Kitchen Equipment and Training Service Agreement by and between the District and TriMark dba Chefs' Toys, San Francisco, CA, exercising the second of two one-year options, by adding language, delineated in Section 1.A of the Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as tough fully set forth, renewing the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, for unchanged Kitchen Equipment and a Services, for an unchanged amount not to exceed $2,300,000.00, via the Nutrition Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
