O.-6 26-0852 Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Emergency Rooter, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide construction services, including the removal and disposal of the existing dishwasher, three-compartment sinks with side shelves, garbage disposal, and outdated code non-compliant stove; demolition and removal of the existing long counter and centrally located sink within the cafeteria floor area, as well as removal of the existing warmer oven and cast-iron stove from the premises, for the Harriet Tubman Child Development Center Kitchen Upgrades Project, as described in the proposal dated March 26, 2026, attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, in the amount of $9,850.00, with the work commencing May 18, 2026, and being completed by June 30, 2026, via Division of Facilities Planning and Management.
