In support of providing safe, healthy classrooms for all. Please pass this measure to cool classrooms for our students so that they can focus on learning, not trying to stay comfortable and alert.

Please help make our schools appropriate temperatures for the kids health and well being. The classrooms are boiling hot and not acceptable. The kids are in school during the hottest months of the year. This is essential to Oaklands success.

I support using funds to help cool classrooms that are regularly excessively hot. Low cost but effective measures such as ceiling fans, window fans, and heat reflective ceramic Wednesday tinting film should be implemented as soon as possible, no later than during summer break. Rooms with the most heat should prioritized be first, regardless of grade level.
