O.-62 26-0772 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Oakland Symphony, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 59 hours of after school music enrichment (violins) and increase the number of students served, an additional 43 students at each site, at Hoover Elementary, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary and Manzanita SEED Elementary Schools, for the unchanged period of August 04, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $5,016.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $57,942.50 to $62,958.50. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
