O.-39 26-0659 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Aaron Bray, Los Angeles, CA, for the latter to provide four 2-hour training courses for up to 100 participants: Session 1 Description - This interactive workshop will allow participants to apply transformative justice practices to a scenario where a group of students are bullying another student on Instagram. Rather than merely discussing theoretical responses to this problem, we will use role-play to explore various best practices to serve all of the involved youth; and . Session 2 Description - This interactive workshop will allow participants to apply transformative justice practices to a scenario where a student resorts to violence to defend their friend from being bullied by another student. Rather than merely discussing theoretical responses to this problem, we will use role-play to explore various best practices to serve all of the involved youth, who will directly work with 2000 students during summer learning, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of June 1, 2026, through June 3, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
