O.-31 26-0630 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Alyssa Rito, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 210 hours of service to support the implementation of Spring program activities, not included in the original Scope of Work, including family activation events for soccer and skateboarding, as well as a culminating boating event in collaboration with Oakland Parks and Recreation (OPR), in the additional amount of $12,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $60,000.00 to $72,000.00 and extending the Agreement term from August 11, 2025 through May 29, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
