O.-29 26-0594 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1,Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Rito Global LLC, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 210 hours to support increased participation in Spring 2026 by managing administrative coordination, overseeing participant communications, leading family engagement efforts, planning and implementing family activation events, and coordinating a culminating boating event at Lake Merritt in partnership with Oakland Parks and Recreation, in the additional amount of $12,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $70,000.00 to $82,000.00 and extending the Agreement term from August 11, 2025 through May 22, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
