O.-20 26-0316 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Use Agreement (DUA), each, by and between the District and Care Solace, Inc., Los Angeles, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to provide a) Software-As-A-Service ("SaaS") platform through which Oakland Unified School District ("OUSD") and its authorized users may access Student Services Information Management Services, Care Coordination Services, and b) Care Companion Services; c) "All-in-One EMR" Billing Services, each as defined in Exhibit A of the SA, for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, at a cost not to exceed $86,000.00, and a Data use Agreement by and between the District and Care Solace, Inc., defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Care Solace, Inc., and the protection by Care Solace, Inc., of such data, for the same term as the SA, each, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department
