G.-1 26-0793 Approval by the Board of Education, upon recommendation by the Facilities Committee, of Resolution No. 2526-0104 Declaring the Futility of Public Bidding for Electricity Service and Approving an Electricity Service Agreement by and between Ava Community Energy and Oakland Unified School District, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide favorable, fixed electricity rates discounted from Ava's standard electricity rates for the District's direct access-eligible electric energy services agreements as consideration for the District's long-term commitment as an electricity customer of Ava's with a new term beginning May 1, 2026 and ending on April 30, 2028, in a not to exceed amount of $3,000,000.00 for the term.
