Once again, I am disappointed that a budget adjustments tracker, similar to the trackers used by the Bond committee and the Audit committee, is not on the B&F agenda. Having done a deep dive into the budget documents, the personnel documents, the parcel tax committee videos, and the fiscal advisor presentations, I have developed the perspective that much is changing, and that OUSD is moving toward putting its finances in order. I am merely frustrated to have to do this. In the wider community, the lack of a clear comprehensive overview has led to chaos and strife and, in my opinion, is counterproductive to building a strong school community.
