O.-16 26-0500 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Special Education Non Public Transportation Services by and between the District Bay Area Wheelchair Transportation, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to continue to provide Special Education transportation vehicles for the District school sites and programs, including adding routes due to increase in students, and exercising the first of two one year options, extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $350,000.00 for School Year 2026-27. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
