O.-4 26-0349 Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Alaniz Construction, Inc., Fremont, CA, for the latter to provide construction services which consists of repairing four areas of asphalt within the playground area for the Manzanita Elementary School Upper Site Improvement Project, in the not to exceed amount of $20,631.00, with the work scheduled to commence on March 26, 2026, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2026.
