P.-3 26-0319 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Architectural Services by and between the District and DSK Architects, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide additional architectural and engineering design services for the West Oakland Middle School Window Replacement Project, in an additional amount of $12,425.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $689,885.00 to $702,310.00, and extending the term of Agreement by 334 additional calendar days, from December 15, 2022 through July 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
