O.-40 26-0536 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between Oakland Unified School District and Robert Half, Inc., for the latter to provide more of the same contract talent solution services to the District on an as needed basis, at the discretion of the General Counsel, via the Legal Department, in the additional amount of $383,135.58, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $337,280.00 to $720,415.5, for the 2025/26 fiscal year. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
