O.-33 26-0409 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Master Contract 2025/26 by and between the District and 360 Degree Customer, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide Special Education services, stated in Agreement, required by a student's Individualized Education Program, in the additional amount of $700,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $800,000.00 to $1,500,000.00, for the unchanged period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
