O.-13 26-0363 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Prescott Circus Theatre, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 56 hours of Circus Arts after school programs at Esperanza Elementary School and Fruitvale Elementary School for up to 80 4th and 5th grade students per week, in the additional amount of $9,460.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $6,270.00 to $15,730.00, for the unchanged term of August 04, 2025 through June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
