O.-2 26-0325 Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Craig Communications, Inc., Emeryville, CA, for the latter to provide community engagement services for environmental investigation and cleanup projects, including translating technical reports and reviewing information to ensure it is understandable to both the District and the public for the Community Engagement Services Project, in the lump-sum amount of $49,210.00, with the work scheduled to commence on March 12, 2026, and expected to last until December 31, 2026 or otherwise pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of the Agreement.
