O.-5 25-3030 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and CloudBase Services, Berkeley, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to design, build, implement, and support a cloud-based relational database to manage the onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll preparation of approximately 1,200 employees hired annually for the District's Summer Learning Program, as described in Exhibit A (Scope of Work) of the SA, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of January 20, 2026 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, and, under the DSA, prescribes the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of data or sharing data with CloudBase Services and the protection by CloudBase Services of data for the same term as the SA, each, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
