O.-3 25-3085 Approval by the Board of Education of a Master Agreement for Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services by and between the District and Construction Testing Services, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide material testing and special inspection services at various school sites in the not-to-exceed amount of $0, commencing February 11, 2026 and shall continue thereafter for the duration of any Project described in an executed Project Assignment, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions under this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Term of this Agreement shall in no event exceed five (5) years after the Commencement Date.
