O.-8 25-3089 Approval by the Board of Education of a Master Agreement for Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services by and between the District and ISI Inspection Services, Inc., Berkeley, CA, , for the latter to provide material testing and special inspection services at various school sites in the not-to-exceed amount of $0, for the term of January 28, 2026, and shall continue thereafter for the duration of any Project described in an executed Project Assignment, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions under this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Term of this Agreement shall in no event exceed five (5) years after the Commencement Date.
