O.-4 25-3055 Approval by the Board of Education of a Master Project Inspector of Record Services Agreement by and between the District and The KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record Services at various school sites, pursuant to Section 1 of the Agreement, in the not-to-exceed amount of $0, with the Agreement commencing on January 29, 2026, and shall apply to a Project until one of the events occurs named in Section 7 of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with respect to the Project and shall end upon the completion of all assigned Projects pursuant to the Agreement.
