P.-11 25-2992 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 14 to Master Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide fire alarm and intrusion alarm services for Melrose Leadership Academy Fire Alarm, & Fire Sprinkler Project as further described in Exhibit A of the Amendment, in the additional of $16,800.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $758,212.00 to $775,012.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
