P.-7 25-2905 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspection services as the certified Division of State Architect (DSA) Inspector of Record to oversee the quality of the materials and construction compliance with DSA requirements, as outlined in the Proposal dated November 25, 2025, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $26,137.54, increasing Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $37,598.00 to $63,735.54. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
