O.-70 25-3088 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Zachary Reidman, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide support in the planning and implementation of the three-week post-session cooking and garden unit, managing the food support, cooking, and gardening programs at Oakland International High School and Rudsdale Newcomer Continuation School; coordinate with on-site afterschool program coordinators and adult ELD teachers to support newcomer refugee youth and adults with weekly gardening, cooking, and nutrition programming, in the additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $32,000.00 to $52,000.00, and extending the Agreement term from August 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
