O.-37 25-2995 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Ignite The Mind, Inc., Union City, CA, for the latter to provide a high-impact group tutoring and mentorship program for approximately 150-200 students, targeting Seniors, English Language Learners and students with IEPs or 504 Plans, offering two tutoring sessions per week per student, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at McClymonds High School for the period of January 1, 2026, through May 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.
