O.-22 25-2846 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Black Cultural Zone Community Development, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide after-school podcasting classes for up to 20 students, twice a week, with Lesson Plans designed to enhanced communication skills, increase self-confidence, and improved critical thinking among students, for the unchanged period of August 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $5,242.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $36,364.00 to $41,606.00 at United for Success Academy. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
