O.-18 25-2706 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), each, by and between the District and the American Indian Child Resource Center (AICRC), Oakland, CA, for the latter, through the SA, to provide a school year based after school program and a month-long summer session as described in Exhibit A - Scope of Work, incorporated herein as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $42,297.00, for the period of October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, and under the DSA, the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with AICRC, and the protection by AICRC, of such data, for the term July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
