    Good evening Board Members,

I am asking for immediate clarification on this agenda item: Is the Services Agreement with Design for Equity LLC specifically for work led by Rachelle Ard? The scope described repairing anti-Black racial harm, centering Black students and families, and responding to the concerns raised by Black educators at Fremont matches her expertise exactly.

If this agreement is for Ms. Ard, we strongly support ratifying her contract. Our community is ready to work with her, and her experience is essential to the culture transformation our staff and students urgently need. I this is not for Rachelle Ard, we are concerned that cronysim is at pplay.
