Based on the budget discussions that have been taking place, could you please clarify whether this funding is part of the $17 million that was, in the last few weeks, moved out of the reserve. Additionally, what steps will be taken/recommended for RJ to be a systemic approach that does not need so many dedicated staff in the future, given the need for OUSD to streamline its staffing?
