O.-65 25-2481 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to assist the Office of Charter Schools (OSC) prepare, forward the Charter Renewal Recommendation Report for ten charter schools for the Board, whose charters are up for renewal which helps determine whether the renewal is granted; and help perform 22 annual site visits and kick-off and debrief meetings with OSC staff, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, via Charter Schools Office, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $35,833.00.
