O.-49 25-2550 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and High Road Alliance, Middletown, CA, for the latter to support program development, documentation, and learning related to expansion of the Highway to Work (HtW) Program and implementation of the EDD Opportunity Young Adult Career Pathway Program (OYACPP) grant project, including facilitation of partner relationship building and program development, provision of workforce development expertise in planning and design discussions, participation in staff team meetings to monitor and document progress toward project goals, documentation of program activity successes, challenges, and lessons learned, and review of data and written documentation to remain abreast of program activities; lead development of a HtW sustainability plan, documentation report, and OUSD/OWDB collaboration plan to inform the project's future directions, via the Adult and Career Education Department, for the period of April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
