O.-48 25-2549 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Anahsa, LLC, Brooklyn, NY, for the latter to deliver a 30-minute keynote on "Developmentally Appropriate Language and Emergent Literacy Practices" to PK and TK staff during OUSD's Professional Development In-Service; engage in up to 4 planning meetings with key leadership staff of OUSD's early childhood division in order to understand the logistics, vision, and hopes for the attendee experience vis a vis the keynote address; engage, if requested by OUSD, in a post-keynote informal conversation with OUSD early childhood leaders to further explore content referenced in the keynote address; engage in 1 post-keynote debrief with key leadership staff of OUSD's early childhood division; and share a post-keynote resource document for attendees to further explore content referenced in the keynote address", via Early Childhood Development Department, for the period of October 20, 2025 through October 31, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $6,275.00.
