O.-45 25-2546 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Parallel Learning, Oakland, CA, for the latter to Act as the District's High School Link Learning Office liaison and point of contact for diverse Career Technical Education (CTE) teacher candidates coming from industry seeking CTE credentials and Professional Development (PD) extended contracts in order to develop and sustain CTE teachers in OUSD, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via High School Linked Learning Department, for the period of October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
