O.-16 25-2449 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and The Teaching Well, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 6 professional development sessions for new teachers, and provide 20 hours of coaching for new teachers; conduct 4 professional development sessions for Community School Managers or other staff to support staff wellness at their school sites and integrate wellness into their own professional practice; provide bi-monthly leadership coaching and facilitate a retreat for the Community Schools Leadership Team, and facilitate up to 20 hours of staff circles and somatic healing following crises, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $91,630.00.
