O.-14 25-2443 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide support to students in all non-classroom spaces such as recess and the cafeteria to ensure students have a trusted adult they can come to, to solve problems safely and restoratively, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Think College Now Elementary School, for the period of September 9, 2025 through May 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $36,984.02.
