O.-7 25-2572 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Aurora Environmental Services, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct required science chemical survey, conduct air quality testing for mold at District school sites and buildings and assist in water testing for the lead / water program, in the additional amount of $60,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $99,000.00 to $159,000.00, for the period of July 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026, via the Risk Management Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
