Have you figured out a way for zoom callers to be heard in the board room?
For the last few board meetings, I wasn't heard by phone, and i really need to be able to dial in, because it's hard to stay in one place, if i'm not home to join the meeting. Can you please test the system ahead of the meeting somehow, to ensure zoom participants who call can be heard.
It's a problem with your system, specifically, because i have been joining by phone through zoom, regularly on other ousd meetings, and was just heard last night on the CAC meeting.
