O.-37 25-2310 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and High-Performance Academy, Clovis, CA, for the latter to provide 9 hours on Saturdays, featuring a basketball program in the fall and volleyball in the spring, totaling 16 Saturdays and 144 hours of direct engagement with students and families across 49 elementary schools; and conduct two hours weekly at twelve selected schools - such as Allendale, Encompass, Greenleaf, Lincoln, Prescott, among others - over a 36-week period during the after-school sports initiative, totaling 864 hours, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 25, 2025 through May 22, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.
