O.-3 25-2300 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Forklift Academy, Agoura Hills, CA, for the latter to train employees to safely operate the forklift and be in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards through a combination of video, power point presentation, models and interactive discussion, providing an interesting and informative session; and a written test to check student comprehension, with completion certificates provided at the end of the class, via Risk Management Department, for the period of September 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
