Please consider moving up public comments to where they previously were in the agenda. While I understand the likely motivation and logistical concerns, this is neither a good look nor a strong practice when it comes to community engagement. Limit speaker time and enforce as needed, but please do not relegate some of the most necessary voices right now to the end of a packed agenda.

Changing non agenda items to this point in the meeting, shows an ongoing lack of care and respect from the community,
by not allowing them the opportunity to participate in the meeting, even if online, at this time of the evening,
we are trying to get ready for work and school, and wind down our families for the long day ahead. This is not true engagement or consideration for the families. Please change non agenda items to earlier in the meeting,
so that the families can urgently address their concerns.

I stand with Montclair’s ESN families asking the Board to: 1) visit classrooms, 2) create a staffing and para training plan, and 3) ensure IDEA compliance. Students deserve more than temporary coverage — they deserve stability and safety.

I stand with Montclair’s ESN families in urging the Board to:
    1. Visit classrooms to see conditions firsthand,
    2. Develop a comprehensive staffing and paraeducator training plan, and
    3. Ensure full IDEA compliance.
Our students deserve more than temporary coverage — they deserve stability, safety, and the support learning environment.

This is Absurd, that you have public speaking towards the end of the meeting, and I'm disappointed that No one
has spoke out about the mistreatment i received last week, and Now you do this? i urge the Board to Adopt Fair and EQUAL practice for ALL. Your actions to not allow me to speak last week caused traumatizing events to occur that affected my child, do you care??
