O.-73 25-2071 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2526-0027 - National External Diploma Program (NEDP), a high school equivalency program recognized by the United States Department of Education, effective the 2025-26 School Year, through the development of a portfolio of work, NEDP students demonstrate mastery at 100% of the Adult Education National Standards, and through that process earn a high school diploma, via the Oakland Adult and Career Education Department.
